Service Description

Hourly rental rate. Setup and Breakdown should be factored into how many total hours you will need. If additional time is needed it will be billed at a rate of $150/hr **Deposits are non refundable as it secures your event date and prevents potential renters from booking your time/date. *We do allow outside vendors however all desserts must be provided by our in house bakery, Any Mini Dessert Cakes Additional Fees: -Security Deposit $250 (fully refundable if no damages) -Cleaning Fee $175 -Security Staff $85/hour (if alcohol will be served) **We will send a final invoice after confirming full event details.

Cancellation Policy

For all booked events (aside from photo shoots) your initial retainer consisting of 50% of your total rental (not including add-ons) is non-refundable in the event of complete cancellation. Because dates are typically booked out months in advance, cancelling often leaves us with a loss in booking that we are sometimes unable to fill. This retainer helps alleviate some of that income loss for ‘The Venue’ (though not all) due to client cancellation. Although booking deposits ARE non-refundable in the event of cancellation, this amount is not lost, but kept on file under the financially responsible person’s name as a ‘credit.’ This credit can be used towards any other type of event (party, baby shower, bridal shower, family/ holiday gathering) at either one of our locations/ studios. Photoshoots are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, they can be rescheduled, or the amount kept on file as a credit under the photographer’s name. ______________________________________________________________________ We allow 1 hour for setup of your event. If more time is needed, you must book additional time. Day time events must end by 4pm. Evening Events may start anytime after 5pm.
