Cancellation Policy

For all booked events, the payment of your total rental (not including add-ons) is non-refundable in the event of complete cancellation. Because dates are typically booked out months in advance, cancelling often leaves us with a loss in booking that we are sometimes unable to fill. This retainer helps alleviate some of the income loss for ‘The Venue’ (though not all) due to client cancellation. Although booking payments ARE non-refundable in the event of cancellation, this amount is not lost, but kept on file under the financially responsible person’s name as a ‘credit.’ This credit can be used towards another date (within a 12 month period, with approval from venue).
